DAWI developed the Rapid Response Cooperative (RRC) as a model to meet the needs of traditionally marginalized workers, by providing a pathway for stable work and wealth creation as owners of cooperative businesses. The RRC model enables the creation of worker-owned cooperatives in an accessible, easily replicable, and streamlined fashion.
