Applying the RRC Model
Our cohort program provides foundational training in cooperative business development and tailored support in applying the Rapid Response Cooperative (RRC) model. Participants are supported in forming a legal entity, recruiting and onboarding worker-owners, establishing governance and operations, and preparing their cooperative for launch by the end of the program. The cohort includes a structured roadmap, self-paced training modules, live webinars, a practical toolkit, peer learning, and access to a vetted network of service providers.
