The School for Democratic Management also offers direct business consulting.

Our services include training and technical support for cooperative development planning and implementation, business planning, organizational development, governance, and participatory management.

We serve businesses interested in increasing employee participation, businesses interested in training managers and owners in participatory management, worker cooperatives interested in improving personnel, governance and management practices, and organizations interested in starting worker cooperatives successfully.
